Problem Statement

Fuel Suppliers Face

A Fragmented Market

Finding Qualified Buyers is Harder Than Ever

While refineries and bulk suppliers have product ready to move, finding financially-qualified buyers with verified logistics capabilities remains a major challenge. Traditional brokers add layers of cost and complexity without guaranteeing payment security. Petrolodex changes that by pre-qualifying every buyer and securing funds in escrow before your fuel moves.

Solution Overview

Verified Buyers. Secured Payments.
Complete Logistics Support.

Pre-Qualified Buyers Only

Every buyer on Petrolodex must provide Proof of Funds via Bank Comfort Letter, Proof of Logistics via Tank Storage Receipt or Q88, and complete legal verification. No time wasters, no ghost buyers.

Escrow-Protected Transactions

Your fuel doesn't move until buyer funds are verified and posted in escrow. Payment is released upon confirmed delivery, eliminating payment risk entirely.

Global Buyer Network

Access verified buyers across South America, EMEA, and Asia-Pacific—from government agencies and fleet operators to construction firms and jobbers—all pre-qualified and ready to transact.

We provide Sellers of fuel the tools necessary to reach a global network of Buyers that have been verified and confirmed as having the funds necessary to transact for purchase of fuel products and the logistics required to receive the fuel.

In order to become qualified to trade on Petrolodex, all traders must have verifiable company registration (no shell companies), verifiable addresses (no P.O. boxes), no Gmail or Yahoo email addresses, a clean financial record (no defaults or liens), and reachable direct phone numbers.

"Petrolodex solved the biggest challenge in fuel trading—connecting legitimate suppliers with qualified buyers who can actually complete transactions. The escrow system and buyer verification process gives suppliers the confidence to list their inventory."

Your Path to Secure Fuel Sales

01

Seller Verification & Product Authentication

Fill out the Seller Registration Form and provide confirmation from your product source, along with required verification documents from your legal counsel that confirms your authority to sell at the volumes of the supply contract or Commercial Invoice (CI). Provide Proof of Product (TSR, Bill of Lading, or Refinery Allocation) in the amount(s) required to fulfill the transaction..

The Result: Once verified by Petrolodex, you gain access to our pre-qualified buyer network, complete logistics coordination, and your legal representatives have direct communication with buyer attorneys and their banking institutions.

02

Connect with Verified Buyers

Once confirmed as a verified Seller, you begin the process of negotiating terms with qualified Buying Parties (End Users, Fleet Operators, Government Agencies) for either pickup (FOB) or delivery (CIF) of your available fuel. Upon completion of required due diligence and confirmation of buyer's ability to receive and pay for fuel, Petrolodex begins processing trade closing documents.

The Result: Complete coordination of fuel movement to buyer's destination or pickup arrangements from your terminal/tank storage, with all logistics managed by Petrolodex.

03

Secure Delivery & Payment Release

Upon signing all necessary trade documents, and once delivery or pickup of the fuel is confirmed through our Logistics Team, funds held in escrow are released and transferred to you upon the change of control of the fuel to the buyer, either at terminal, on ship, or in tanks.

The Guarantee: Your fuel sale is guaranteed as Petrolodex has already financially verified and operationally qualified your buyer before product moves.
